·            1 lb Ground beef, lean 2 lbs ground turkey
Produce
·            2  Carrots peeled and cut in circles
·            6 tbs raw chopped Garlic
·            3 cut up Zuchinni diced
·            1 tsp Parsley flakes
·            1 Sweet onion and 4 tbls dried onions
·            1 can Tomatoes
·            2 Yams diced
Canned Goods
·            3 cups Beef broth, low-sodium
·            1 can Tomato paste
Condiments
·            1 can Tomato sauce
Baking & Spices
·            2 tsp Italian seasoning
·            2 tsp Salt
Instructions
1.    Brown ground beef In the instant pot on the saute setting.
2.    Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
3.    Cover and set the valve to sealing.
4.    Set the pressure to 5 minutes.
5.    Let natural release to remove the pressure.
6.    Stir to combine and serve.
