Sherry's Paleo Stuffing. A favorite for Thanksgiving but I make it a few times during the year too







Sherry’s Paleo Stuffing
1lb of Ground Turkey
1lb of grass-fed beef
2 carrots small slices or diced
2 small or one large sweet potato diced
3 celery stalks sliced or diced  
6  (4oz, half the container) cremini mushrooms diced
1 apple chopped
1 yellow onion chopped
2tbls of garlic diced
1 bell pepper diced
Spices of your choice. I use Italian. 

Bake diced sweet potato (I did it in my toast over around 400 degrees 15 min)
Cook onions 3-4 min
Add garlic, celery, carrots cook 4-5 min
Add Mushrooms and apple cook 3-4 more minutes
In a separate pan cook up meat no need to drain add salt and pepper
Mix all veggies, apple and sweet potatoes with meat and spices
 Rosemary and sage, 2 tsp cumin, 2 -4 tbls garlic salt, 2 tsp cinnamon
Add 2 scrambled eggs and mix
(Can make early freeze)

Add Pecans on top, cover with foil and bake 375 15-20 min till heated
